About Us
The Residential Supported Living Services provided by Holdsworth,Inc. consist of the
following types of support arrangements:
  • Intensive Supported Living
  • Transitional Supported Living (house)
  • Transitional Supported Living (apartment)
  • Supported Living
  • In Home Training
  • Therapeutic Foster Care
The goal in each type of living arrangement is to provide the individual with the
opportunity to learn living skills and participate in the community. Each
individual is encouraged to increase their level of independence.
People are our priority...
Referrals for services are made through the Desert Regional Center. The Desert Regional
Center determines the level of care and supports that are needed. The people who qualify for
services have a developmental disability. The staff Holdsworth, Inc. meets with the person
requesting services and their family and other agency staff who are involved with to plan a
program centered around the individual's life goals.

In order to support the people living in a Supported Living Arrangement setting, the
following is provided:
  • Individualized Training
  • Access to Recreation
  • Socialization
  • Skill Assessment
